Your request must be received at least two weeks prior to your pick up date. Our office will email you when your rental order is confirmed.

$7 per broken or missing glasses

$80 each broken or missing rack

$37.50 cancellation under 24 hours from pick-up time/date, plus full cost of rental

$50.00 missed pickup or delivery time

Rental Terms & Conditions: Glasses must be placed back in the rack upside down. You will be charged for any missing or broken glasses. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and you will be charged a $37.50 cancellation fee. Changes in pick-up or return time and dates must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time; missed pick-up and/or return times will be charged a $50.00 fee per each appointment missed. Rental orders cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled will be charged the full amount of the rental order.
